We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 14 days or store credit within 30 days. Please contact our customer service to obtain an RMA number and a shipping label to return merchandise. Please include your order number. Refunds will be processed once the product has been received and inspected.

Customers are given the option to choose between two shipping options, USPS and UPS.
All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. You will receive the tracking/confirmation number by e-mail once your order ships.

Customers also have the option to arrange for pickup in West Chester, Pennsylvania at 117 West Gay Street, Suite 332. Customers will be contacted after their purchase has been processed to arrange pickup.

We are required to collect sales tax to applicable purchases shipped to Pennsylvania. We are required to collect tax on shipping and handling charges where applicable.

Currently customers can pay by credit card, PayPal account, or check. Credit card transactions are processed securely through PayPal (no account required).
